Questa mattina Mosca ha attaccato Poltava con due missili russi, uccidendo almeno 41 persone e ferendone altre 180. L'obiettivo era l'Istituto Militare di Telecomunicazioni e Informatizzazione. Secondo blogger militari russi, l'attacco è avvenuto durante un'esercitazione, con almeno 50 vittime. Zelensky ha denunciato l'attacco e chiesto difese aeree urgenti. Il ministero della Difesa ucraino ha confermato danni all'edificio e soccorsi in corso. Mariana Bezougla critica mancanza di punizioni per incidenti passati.
